Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) at Go With The Float

Chelsea

I’m a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with experience in both spa settings and my own home practice here in the Pioneer Valley. Since earning my license in 2018, I’ve specialized in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and myofascial release techniques.

I approach every session with a holistic, trauma-informed perspective, tailoring each massage to support my clients’ unique needs and life experiences. My goal is to create a space of presence and connection, offering relief in the moment while encouraging long-term healing.

I believe that when stress and pain are released, space opens for deeper healing and joy. Thank you for your trust—I look forward to working with you!

Joseph

I’m a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) dedicated to helping people access their body’s innate healing through deep rest. Since massage school in 2017, I’ve trained in biodynamic craniosacral therapy and table Thai massage, and I work in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, and craniosacral techniques. Modern life speeds us up beyond our natural pace, leaving us like a rock skipping across a lake. That lake is your depth of life force, and slowing into the present lets us sink beneath the surface to the nourishment around us. Every session centers on presence and slowness, because true rest happens only in the present moment. Thank you for your trust, I look forward to being with you!

Joanna

I’m a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) dedicated to helping people feel relaxed, restored, and reconnected with their bodies. My journey began at massage school in 2024, where I discovered a deep appreciation for the human body and the healing power of therapeutic touch. I specialize in relaxation massage and therapeutic bodywork tailored to each client’s needs, with additional training in myofascial release through a John F. Barnes seminar to ease tension and restriction in the body. My goal is to create a peaceful, welcoming space where you can fully relax and focus on your well-being, leaving every session feeling renewed and cared for. Thank you for your trust, I look forward to being with you!

Pairing a massage with a float session provides a complete mind and body reset. Massage works to release tension, preparing the body for an even deeper floating experience. When combined, these therapies increase relaxation and mindfulness, improve muscle recovery and pain relief, and extend the benefits of both treatments.
