Go With the Float is home to 4 room-like cabins with high ceilings, measuring 4.5 feet wide by 8 feet long by 7 feet tall—these aren’t the coffin-like tanks you may have seen in the past. Reduce stress, relieve pain, and explore deep states of relaxation, while floating in 1,200 pounds of soothing magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt). There are books to read, journals to write in, and even coloring utensils if the creative muse calls. Feel free to kick off your shoes and stay awhile. FLOAT CABINS

So, what exactly happens inside? Well, physically, you’ll be suspended in a near-zero gravity environment within our Float Cabins, which measure 4.5 feet wide by 8 feet long by 7 feet tall, providing ample space for comfort. There’s no external environmental stimulus to bombard your senses. Pre-float, we’ll cover various ways to position your arms and provide other tips to ensure your comfort inside the tank.

Mentally, it’s entirely up to the individual. The possibilities that may arise within the mind are so varied and infinite that any attempt to predict them would just be setting an expectation. While inside the tank, simply relax, breathe, and surrender to the float experience.
