Here at Go With The Float, we believe that floating is for everyone. Yes, that means you. And it also means that person who you might think it’s not for—because it’s for them too. Flotation therapy is a holistic wellness practice that nourishes the mind, body, and soul. Taking time and space to be alone is crucial for a balanced existence.
Step out of our float cabins, which measure 4.5 feet wide by 8 feet long by 7 feet tall, with a heightened awareness of your mind, body, and soul. Gain a deeper understanding of how your mind, body, and soul influence your surroundings and everyone you encounter.
HOW IT ALL STARTED
Floating first entered my life in 2008 while I was a sophomore at UMass Amherst. It was brought to my attention by a dear friend, who heard the word from Joe Rogan on a YouTube video. Without thinking twice, I knew floating was something I had to try. I sought out the nearest float tank and I arrived at The Crystalline Matrix near Worcester, MA. With no expectations, I entered the tank and had a profound experience. A year later, I made another visit to The Crystalline Matrix, and after another moving experience in the tank, I began to wonder why floating was not a more prevalent therapy and practice.

Go With the Float is home to 4 room-like cabins with high ceilings, measuring 4.5 feet wide by 8 feet long by 7 feet tall—these aren’t the coffin-like tanks you may have seen in the past.
FLOAT TANK EXPERIENCE
What you experience in the tank varies. In general, most people experience deep relaxation. People have reported experiencing mild euphoria, increased well-being, and feeling more optimistic following therapy using a sensory deprivation tank.
