Floating is a simple way to achieve profound relaxation, meditation & wellness. Reduce stress, relieve pain, and explore deep states of relaxation, while floating in 1,200 pounds of soothing magnesium sulfate (epsom salt).
We here at Go With The Float believe floating is for everyone. Yes, that means you. It also means that person who you are thinking about right now that you think it’s not for them, it’s for them. Flotation therapy is a wellness practice that encompasses the mind, body and soul. Taking time and space to be alone is vital to a balanced existence. Meditation is an ancient ritual that has been practiced by human beings for thousands of years. Just as yoga seeped its way into Western culture, meditation is on the rise as figures from Elon Musk, Oprah Winfrey, Tom Brady (TB12 has a float tank in his house) and Bill Gates alike all claim to have a meditation practice. Have you tried? Is it too hard? The western mind is too busy scrolling through their latest news feeds to garner up enough attention and discipline to develop a mindfulness practice.
Enter floating. Training wheels for your mind to enter an environment with no stimulus bombarding your brain. Do yourself a favor, do your fellow brother and sister a favor, do the world a favor, spend some time in a float tank. Run to your dreaming when you’re alone. Unplug the TV and turn off your phone. Get heavy on with floating in a tank. Turn off your mind relax and float in a tank. It is not dying. It is not dying. Lay down all thoughts, surrender to the void. It is shining. It is shining.
Exit the float tank with a greater awareness of your mind. A greater awareness of your body. A greater awareness of your soul. A greater awareness of how your mind, body and soul have an affect on your surroundings and everything and everyone you encounter.
If you can not afford to float there are donation programs and free monthly floats given away to those who can not afford it. If you are completely dissatisfied with your experience at Go With The Float, you will be given a 100% refund.
Please enter the float tank with a clean body, love, and no expectations.
